M.V. Princess II

Princess II is no longer offering Solomon Islands diving but is now on long term lease to Andrew and Rodney Fox for the conduct of white pointer shark cage diving expeditions from a base at Port Lincoln, South Australia.

Princess II has been modified to further optimise the provision of the unique diving and adventure experiences offered by the Foxs.

These modifications include the fitting of a larger stabiliser system to increase passenger comfort in heavy seas, the provision of a large deck crane so that customers can enter and alight from the shark viewing cages at deck level and the provision of a large walk-in upper deck level freezer so that all tuna products used in the shark attraction component of the operation are kept in virtually clinical conditions. The latter modification has been again to increase customer comfort and improve general boat ambience and professionalism in comparison with the previous use of open bins when the operation was conducted off other vessels.

Our ship is the MV Princess II which is an 22.7 metre (75 feet) luxury liveaboard cruise vessel. There is superb accommodation for 12 guests in 6 en-suite, double bed, air-conditioned cabins . The large air-conditioned salon is comfortably furnished and includes dining tables, lounge chairs, a bar, TV, DVD-video, music and library for your relaxation. The rear and upper decks are available for relaxing, sunbathing, reading and snoozing.

As well as scheduled diving trips, Princess II also operates custom made private charters.
